F4 is a FREE workout community for ALL women age 18 and over. We exist to promote FITNESS, celebrate FAITH and foster FELLOWSHIP for FEMALES. Bring a friend or just come on your own! You will be warmly greeted and welcomed!
The mission of F4 is to nurture and support women through small workout communities for the purpose of enhancing each other's lives.
Spreading light through faith and fitness.
Our workouts are peer led, are outdoors rain or shine, we close always with a circle of trust. We share coffee or tea together.
We Speak Our Own Language — and It’s Fun!
Around here, we’ve got our own way of talking — and trust us, it makes things more fun, not confusing. It’s all part of the experience and the bond we share as a community.
Here’s a quick look at some of the unique lingo you’ll hear at our workouts:
(You could list terms here like “AO,” “Q,” “BD,” etc.)
Don’t worry if you don’t know it all right away — you’ll catch on quickly. And before you know it, you’ll be throwing out the terms like a pro.
What’s an AO? Glad You Asked!
We call our workout locations Areas of Operation — or AOs for short. It’s just our way of saying, “This is where the magic happens!” And the best part? They’re always outdoors. Rain or shine, we’re out there moving, sweating, and having fun together.
Each AO has 2–3 awesome ladies who help lead the way — we call them AO Qs. They keep things running smoothly, bring the good vibes, and make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.
So grab your water bottle, meet us outside, and let’s crush some goals in your local AO!
It’s what we call our workouts — and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like (in the best way possible).
A Beat Down (BD) is a fun, challenging, and energizing group workout led by one of our own. No fancy equipment, no gym walls — just bodyweight, some dumbells, movement, fresh air, and a whole lot of encouragement. Every BD is different, because it’s peer-led and rotates leaders , so you’ll never get bored.
Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned pro, you show up, do your best, and leave stronger — physically and mentally.
In our community, a Q is the woman who leads the workout — the Beat Down (BD).
But here’s the cool part: every workout is peer-led. That means there's no “coach” or “instructor” — just one of us stepping up to guide the group. We rotate the role of Q, so everyone has the chance to lead, grow, and inspire. No pressure — just support, encouragement, and lots of high-fives.
Whether you're following along or stepping up to Q, you’re part of the heartbeat of what we do.
In F4, nicknames are more than just a quirky tradition—they’re part of what makes the community feel like family. When someone joins, they’re given a name based on something fun, random, or personal about them, and that name becomes a badge of belonging. It breaks down barriers and helps people feel known right from the start. Like in Top Gun, where everyone had a call sign—Maverick, Goose, Iceman—it gives everyone a sense of identity within the group. You’re not just another person showing up to a workout; you’re part of a team, a sisterhood, a squad that knows you by name (even if it’s a funny one!).
